Season Pass FAQ
Are season passes valid at all
three Schlitterbahn locations?
How can I purchase a season pass?
Schlitterbahn Galveston Island season passes may be purchased by
phone 409-770-9283, ext. 3450; at the waterpark during normal operating hours;
online, or a season pass gift card may be purchased at participating Kroger,
HEB, and Valero stores.
Are season passes transferable?
Season passes
are sold for specific individual use and for a specific park
location. Each season pass holder receives a photo I.D. that
grants access to the park. Season passes are non-transferable.
Additionally, we
offer great family amenities that are unique to the
Schlitterbahn family of waterparks. Including free parking
and free tubes. Even better, we allow guests to bring in their
own food and drinks (glass, alcohol, and outside catering are
strictly prohibited.) Group rates are
not available on season passes.
When does my season pass expire?
Summer season passes expire at the end of the summer season in
the year in which they were purchased. Summer season passes are not valid during
the Wasserfest Indoor Season. Year-round passes are valid for one year from the
date of purchase and include the summer season as well as the Wasserfest Indoor
Season.
Can I use my summer season pass during the indoor season?

If I purchase a season pass online, how long does it take to get
it?
When you purchase a season pass online, print
your receipt and bring it to the park during regular operating
hours to get your season pass photo I.D.
What if I forget my season pass on the day of my visit?
Season
pass I.D. must be presented at the time of entrance in order to
receive a wristband and entry into the park. NOTE: The waterpark
staff
are not able to look up season passes
to grant entry into the park without a valid season pass I.D. What do I do if I lose my season pass? Lost season passes may be replaced for a $10.00 fee. Please bring the season pass purchase form and a valid picture I.D. to purchase a replacement season pass I.D. If a season pass is lost a second time, purchasing a new season pass, at regular price is required. Can I buy a Heated Indoor Season Pass? Schlitterbahn Galveston Island Waterpark currently offers two season passes to choose from. We offer a Summer Season Pass or a Year-round Season Pass. We currently do not offer a Heated Indoor Season Pass. Can I upgrade a Summer Season Pass to include the Heated Indoor Season? Yes! Summer Season Pass holders may exclusively upgrade their pass to include the Heated Indoor Season. Please contact us at 409-770-9283, ext. 4104 for details. |
