Schlitterbahn Galveston offers a variety of delicious, affordable food and beverage options at 16 locations within the park, including Surfside Grill, Shipwreck Grill, Blastenhoff Grill, Pointe Pizza and Bahnfire BBQ. We slow-smoke our own BBQ on a daily basis and serve hand-battered funnel cakes to order. We offer several healthy options in addition to traditional park fare. There is something for everyone!
Our signature menu items range from our 1/2 lb. foot-long Chili Cheese Dog Basket to our Big Bahn Burger Basket, a double bacon cheeseburger topped with tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, & onions. Find scrumptious cheeseburgers, chicken strips, grilled chicken sandwiches, pizza, and more. Or you can head over to the Bahnfire BBQ for smoked sausage, turkey legs, slow-smoked pulled pork or brisket sandwiches and plates. We also offer an assortment of salads and grilled options for those looking for something light and filling.
Want a treat? Head over to the Sweet Shoppe to try one of our signature freshly made funnel cakes or grab some of our hand-scooped ice cream! We also have Dippin Dots® in every section of the park to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Feeling thirsty out in the warm Texas sun? Enjoy a Schlitterbahn Souvenir bottle with unlimited refills for the day from any of our Coca-Cola Refresh Stations, Grills, or Pizzerias locations. We also have numerous swim-up and walk-up bar locations with a full lineup of ice-cold beer offerings, frozen cocktails, wine and hard seltzers.
