Landscape/Irrigation Supervisor
Five to seven years experience required in landscape and irrigation construction and supervision. Capable of creating and executing project work plans on an administrative and field basis.

Requirements:
Experience with Public Works/Prevailing Wage projects
Ability to maintain project accounting - tracking and reporting project budget items
Full knowledge of all aspects of landscape and irrigation installation
Must have background working with vendors, sub contractors employees, inspectors and general contractors
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual, (English, Spanish), a plus
Safety/OSHA Certification a plus
Estimating experience helpful
Responsibilities:
Proposal and bid review for contract submittal process
Cost effective coordination and implementation of work schedules, field crews and equipment
Prepare RFI’s, change orders and contractual documentation
Insure compliance safety standards
Field administration, supervision, and technical management for all landscape, irrigation and construction operations including direct supervision of foremen, subcontractors, and other construction-related personnel, directing them in the planning, coordination, and execution of work on time, within budget, attaining or exceeding profit goals
Promote and enhance client relationships and company image
Manage all construction documents, drawings, and procedures
Coordinate project purchasing
