Reservations: Reservations may be made up to a year in advance beginning the first of every month. Tonight’s reservations are only booked by phone or in person.
Call Reservation Desk:
A minimum two-night reservation is required on weekends in June, July, and August. A Minimum three-night reservation is required for Memorial, Fourth of July, and Labor Day weekends.
Deposits: A deposit of one night is required at the time you book your reservation. For reservations 7 or more days we require a 50% deposit. If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date, and have not notified the resort, your room and deposit will be forfeited at noon the following day. Deposits are refundable if the cancellation is received at least 72 hours prior to the reservation date.
Reservation Conditions: A one night deposit will be charged on your credit card. This deposit will be refunded only if your reservation is canceled at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. No more than the maximum number of people listed for each room is allowed to stay in the resort rooms at any time.
NOTE: The Resort at the Bahn has trains that pass near the resort, no refunds or discounts are offered due to train noise.
Waterpark Admission: The Schlitterbahn Unlimited Stay and Play Package includes unlimited use of the entire Waterpark until the day you check out for every registered guest staying on resort property for only $30 per night per person in addition to the room rate, that’s a 40% savings off the regular admission price.* Not only does this new offer include unlimited use of the Waterpark during your stay, but it also includes extended access to signature Schlitterbahn attractions such as the world-class Master Blaster uphill water coaster before park hours.
*The Unlimited Stay and Play Package includes other resort amenities: free Wi-Fi, use of resort-only pools and hot tubs, free onsite resort parking and free shuttle transportation to the parks.
Resort Exclusives: There are many options available to resort guests before or after waterpark hours. Before park hours guests are admitted into the Blastenhoff section at 9 AM. Enjoy riding the Master Blaster, Black Night, and Wolfpack before the park opens. After hours you may visit our Family Arcade and Prize Redemption Center. Also enjoy relaxing in our swim up bar offering beer and frozen drinks. We offer hand dipped ice cream and pizza after hours. The pizza is available for delivery to your room. Our Gator Pool, West Wing, and Boogie Bay Heated Pool are available till midnight.
Room Amenities: All units have the following amenities: coffeemaker, microwave, refrigerator (dormitory size for hotel rooms), TV - 60 plus stations, WIFI, alarm radio, Neutrogena bath products, hairdryer, iron/ironing board. Onsite amenities include: coin-op guest laundry, lobby computer with internet, and safety deposit box. You may also request a portable crib.
Smoking: All Schlitterbahn Resort rooms are smoke-free. A $150.00 general cleaning fee will be charged to those who violate the non-smoking policy.
Minors: Rooms will not be rented to minors under the age of 21.
Check-in & Check Out: All reservations check-in at 305 W. Austin Street, New Braunfels, TX 78130.
Check-in time begins at 4pm. However, you are welcome to play in the waterpark as early as the park opens for the day. There are lockers, showers, and changing areas available for your use in the waterpark. Check-out time is noon. As our guest, please feel free to enjoy the waterpark until closing.

Cooking Essentials: Basic cooking utensils are supplied in all kitchen units.
Pets: Pets are not permitted in any Schlitterbahn Resort accommodations.
