The coolness of summer comes to life at this tropical waterpark. More than 600 staff members are needed to fill open positions in food and beverage, lifeguards, cashiers, retail and more. Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark summer season opens Saturday, April 19 for weekend operation and is proud to offer family amenities that include free parking and free inner tubes. Guests are also welcome to bring a family picnic basket, excluding alcohol and glass containers, into the parks. During summer operations, Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark features a variety of water attractions designed to appeal to all family members, from toddlers to grandparents. The centerpiece of the park is a highly themed, five-story Sand Castle with six turrets connected by ramps, stairs and net climbs. The Sand Castle was named the Best New Kiddie Ride/Attraction by the International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions.
