When to Request Tickets

Open enrollment is now open until July 18, 2013 to request tickets to events for FALL and WINTER 2013 (September 1, 2013 to January 31, 2014) events and programs. Online Form.

How to Request Tickets

Non-profit organizations must complete a brief online request form. All applicants will receive and email notification regarding the status of their request by January 31 or August 31 depending on request time and tickets will be mailed to arrive at least 30 days prior to the event. Sumbitting a request does not guarantee a donation will be provided.

Who Can Request Tickets

Texas and Greater Kansas City Area non-profit organizations that benefit children are welcome to request a pair of day passes to one of our Texas waterparks for fundraising projects and programs that reward children such as Project Graduation and reading incentive programs. This includes Texas and Kansas City schools and other non-profit organizations that focus on children. With the growing number of requests we receive, we must limit our donations to organizations which benefit children. Unfortunately, we are unable to support:

  • For-profit organizations
  • Individuals
  • Political parties
  • Other non-profit groups with events that do not directly benefit children, such as building funds and festivals
  • Organizations that discriminate due to color, nationality, gender, creed or sexual orientation
