For a real family-style getaway, try one of our six fully equipped vacation homes located near the waterpark.  You'll find everything you need for family reunions, corporate retreats, weddings or other special gatherings - from comfy sitting areas and multiple beds to full kitchens and laundry rooms. Accommodations range from motel rooms with two beds to duplexes, cottages, apartments and condos. Many units have kitchenettes or full kitchens.

Reservations -  Reservations can be made up to a year in advance beginning the first of every month. 

A minimum two-night reservation is required on weekends during peak season from Memorial Day to Labor Day.  A Minimum three-night reservation is required on holidays including Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.

Deposits - A deposit of one night's stay on short reservations is required and $250 for a week or longer is required to guarantee your reservation.  If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date, and have not notified the manager on duty, your room and deposit will be forfeited at noon the following day. Deposits are refundable if the cancellation is received at least 72 hours prior to the reservation date.

Reservation Conditions - A one night deposit will be charged on your credit card. This deposit will be refunded only if your reservation is canceled at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. There is a $10 charge for each additional person over the minimum. No more than the maximum number of people listed for each room is allow to stay in the resort rooms at anytime.

NOTE: The Resort at the Bahn has trains that pass near the resort, no refunds or discounts are offered due to train noise.

Waterpark Tickets - Registered resort guests receive a 20% discount on waterpark admission when the park is open.  Discounts do not apply to advance sale tickets or tickets purchased online.  In order to receive the resort discount, you may purchase tickets at either resort office at the time of your stay. NOTE:  Be sure to check the waterpark schedule when booking your reservation if you plan to play in the park during your stay.

Holiday Reservations - A minimum three-night reservation is required for the Fourth of July, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends.

Smoking - All Schlitterbahn Resort rooms are smoke-free.

Minors - Rooms will not be rented to minors under the age of 21.

Check-in & Check Out - You may check in anytime after 4 p.m. on your arrival date.  You must check out prior to noon on your departure date.

Wheelchair Accessibility/Hearing Impaired - Please ask reservations when you book your room.

Cooking Essentials - Basic cooking utensils are supplied in all kitchen units.
