Come experience South Padre Island’s new 221-room, year-round entertainment resort destination - Schlitterbahn Beach Resort. Located on the pristine beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, this exciting new resort destination includes lodging, retail, restaurants and special access to the award-winning Schlitterbahn Beach outdoor Waterpark. Not only do hotel guests get to enjoy the new spacious upscale accommodations, but guests also receive a variety of VIP amenities including unlimited use of the Waterpark for the duration of their stay, Wi-Fi and free onsite parking.

Reservations
Reservations may be made up to a year in advance beginning the first of every month. Tonight’s reservations are only booked by phone or in person.

A minimum two-night reservation is required on weekends in June, July, and August. A minimum three-night reservation is required for Memorial and Labor Day weekends.

Deposits
A deposit of one night is required at the time you book your reservation. For reservations 7 or more days we require a 50% deposit. If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date, and have not notified the resort, your room and deposit will be forfeited at noon the following day. Deposits are refundable if the cancellation is received at least 72 hours prior to the reservation date.

Reservation Conditions
A one night deposit will be charged on your credit card. This deposit will be refunded only if your reservation is canceled at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. No more than the maximum number of people listed for each room is allow to stay in the resort rooms at anytime.

Waterpark Admission
The Schlitterbahn Unlimited Stay and Play Package includes unlimited use of the entire Waterpark until the day you check out for every registered guest staying on resort property for only $25 per night per person in addition to the room rate, that’s a 40% savings off the regular admission price. The Boogie Bahn surf ride will remain open an hour after the waterpark closes for Resort guests, including shuttle service for an additional hour after the exclusive ride time ends. *The Unlimited Stay and Play Package includes other resort amenities including free Wi-Fi, beach access, use of resort-only pools and hot tubs, free onsite resort parking and free shuttle transportation to the parks.

The new indoor waterpark features seven attractions, including two large 70-foot-tall intimidating tube slides, two adventurous tidal wave rivers, a whimsical kids’ area with several slides, a giant heated pool with swim-up refreshments, a beachfront pool, several wild-wave beaches and the grand carousel.  All of the new attractions are part of the resort’s Stay and Play package for overnight guests or is also included with purchase of an outdoor waterpark ticket. 

Amenities
All units have the following amenities: coffeemaker, Wolfgang Puck coffee, microwave, mini-fridge, TV - 60 plus stations, WIFI, alarm radio, Gilchrist & Soames bath products, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, room safes. You may also request a portable crib.
