When to Request Tickets:
Enrollment is now closed. We will reopen enrollment beginning May 1st for Events between August 2020 to February 2021.
If your event takes place between March and July - you must enroll prior to January 31st before your event.
If your event takes place between August and February - you must enroll prior to June 30th before your event.
All Schlitterbahn Donations Program Tickets will be valid from April to September according to the current Schlitterbahn Waterpark schedule. Tickets distributed in February will be valid for the current calendar year and tickets distributed in July will be valid for the next calendar year.
After You Request Tickets
Non-profit organizations must complete a brief online request form. All applicants will receive an email notification regarding the status of their request in February or July depending on request time, and tickets will be emailed in February or July. Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation will be provided.
Who Can Request Tickets
Texas non-profit organizations that benefit children are welcome to request a pair of day passes to one of our Texas waterparks for fundraising projects and programs that reward children such as Project Graduation and reading incentive programs. This includes Texas schools and other non-profit organizations that focus on children. With the growing number of requests we receive, we must limit our donations to organizations which benefit children. Unfortunately, we are unable to support:
Other non-profit groups with events that do not directly benefit children, such as building funds and festivals
Organizations that discriminate due to color, nationality, gender, creed or sexual orientation
If you were interested in signing up your school for the Schlitterbahn Waves of Pages program, please contact your local Schlitterbahn's group sales department.
We highly recommend only non-profits and schools to request tickets during our open enrollment.
Schlitterbahn donation requests are fulfilled twice a year, in February and July. Enrollment will not be available during these months to allow processing.
All requests must be received within enrollment to be considered.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation will be provided. Written and faxed requests can no longer be considered due to the increasing volume.
Local organizations in New Braunfels and Galveston are welcome to contact your local park directly to inquire about neighbor donations. These requests will be handled on a case by case basis, but most need at least a month notice.
