All guests will need to make a reservation before visiting the park. Click the admission type that best describes your visit.

Children under 3-years-old will not require a ticket or reservation.

Each visiting guest will need an entry reservation with their admission ticket OR season pass. NO ON-SITE SALES WILL BE AVAILABLE. Season passholders and single admissions guests must make a reservation for a specific date and time for every visit through Schlitterbahn’s online reservation portal.

We understand that plans unexpectedly change. If you’re no longer able to join us as originally scheduled, we kindly ask that you reschedule your reservation before your visit. This allows us to release your date and time slot for other passholders to enjoy. Passholders can manage their existing reservation at the booking portal. Passholder reservations do “sell out” for many time slots and dates, particularly on the weekends, so your act of kindness allows other Schlitterfreunds to experience some fun in the sun.

There is no extra charge for making a reservation.

There is no wait-list process, but if we can add additional inventory to days we will. Or you can pick a different day with inventory available to ensure you can visit the park. We encourage you to continue to check back on our website for availability if you have a particular day you would like to visit.

Please contact us and provide all requested order/ticket information.

If you are unable to visit the park on the selected date of your single day ticket, cabana, or parking pass, please contact us to adjust your ticketed date.

When You Arrive Frequently Asked Questions

Guests will be asked to wear face coverings inside restrooms, retail, food establishments and other indoor areas. Face coverings will not be required to enter the park or while enjoying water attractions. However, we do encourage face coverings when social distancing cannot be achieved.

A cloth mask, a disposable mask, a neck gaiter or a bandana all qualify as a face covering.

Yes, the health screen questionnaire will continue to be required for all guests and park associates prior to entering the park.

The health and safety of our guests and associates remains our top priority. After consulting with medical experts and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we have decided to discontinue temperature checks, except where required by state or local jurisdictions. The pandemic has shown temperature screening will not be completely effective because individuals who have no symptoms associated with COVID-19, or those with mild non-specific symptoms, may not realize they are infected and may pass through screening. However, other protocols will remain in place. These protocols, which are consistent with CDC guidelines, include self-reporting of any COVID-19 symptoms, and wearing face coverings inside restrooms, retail, food establishments and other indoor areas. Face coverings will not be required to enter the park or while enjoying water attractions. However, we do encourage face coverings when social distancing cannot be achieved.

One of the things we’ve learned in this pandemic, and it’s been talked about a lot over the past year, is that a lot of people transmit the virus with no symptoms or fever. As noted above, the pandemic has shown temperature screening will not be completely effective because individuals who have no symptoms associated with COVID-19, or those with mild non-specific symptoms, may not realize they are infected and may pass through screening. As more is learned and understood about COVID-19, guidelines and recommendations from the CDC and others have evolved.

All guests who are visiting the park are required to have a reservation for a date and time prior to arriving at the park.

Guests who arrive prior to their reservation time may be asked to wait in their car to help control entry flow. We encourage guests to arrive at the time of their reservation and not prior to it. You can enter the park at any time after your reserved time slot.

Please book the last time slot available and arrive at the park at or after that time. Refer to Park Hours to confirm the operating schedule.

Single admission discounted afternoon tickets will not be available. Season passholders can make a complimentary reservation, otherwise a full-priced single admission ticket will be required for an afternoon reservation.

We encourage guests to arrive at the time of their reservation to help control entry flow into the park, but guests will be allowed to enter after their reservation time.

Unfortunately, no. Due to social distancing, we must limit the number of guests at the park. Please schedule your arrival date and time online.
