The Castle Chronicles:  The Banner

Some time ago, the winter storm damage to the flower-filled vines that consumed the Castle and its Towers, was removed. But the picturesque scenery still survives and will thrive in time. Meanwhile, the Towers are covered with giant, mesh banners to mimic the stones on the New Braunfels Castle.

While floating down the Hillside Tube Chute we hope you reminisce on the beauty that stood before and know that the livelihood is being restored.  Schlitterbahn takes great pride in the natural surroundings and scenery that make it a Texas icon.

The banners are temporary.

 The replanting process has begun.

And the roots of the Schlitterbahn New Braunfels Castle and its Towers will once again thrive into the iconic vine-filled staple you know and love.
