New Cooler Guidelines for the 2023 Season
As always, coolers are welcome at Schlitterbahn. To further increase safety and to provide faster and more efficient entry into the park, we are implementing additional security protocols and operational guidelines. Guests may bring coolers that are smaller than 26”L x 16”W x 16”D. Glass and alcohol are prohibited. Coolers are subject to search prior to entry.
These guidelines are in effect until further notice and subject to change.
The policy is effective at the start of the 2023 season on April 7, 2023.
A safe, family-friendly atmosphere of Schlitterbahn is the type of experience our guests expect and deserve. The new cooler guidelines were put in place as an added safety measure and to enhance the park entry experience.
Coolers are welcome at Schlitterbahn as long as they are smaller than 26”L x 16”W x 16”D. All coolers will be subject to search prior to entry.
Please reach out to your Sales Representative on how the cooler guidelines may affect your group.
Coolers are limited to one (1) cooler per guest with a valid admission ticket or season pass.
Guests may bring food and beverages in their coolers to enjoy during their visit to the park. Glass containers and alcohol are not permitted.
Our staff works hard at quickly and efficiently screening each cooler during the park entry process. Leaving ice bagged until after you enter the park help our associates to easily scan your cooler and expedite the screening process.
