Schlitterbahn Resort’s Lost and Found hours are: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. For questions or inquiries; please use the link below.
All items found at Schlitterbahn Resort are turned in to our Resort Lost and Found at the end of each day. If you lose or forget an item at the resort, we will search for the article at the earliest opportunity. In order to keep the housekeeping operation in motion for arriving guests, an immediate search may not be possible.
If you lose an item in the Waterpark or on a ride; please report this to the Waterpark lost and found department.
To report lost items, please complete the form below. You will receive an email confirmation of your request and once your item has been located, we will contact you via email to arrange its return.
